MixCertificate – Terms of Certificate Generation

These Terms of Certificate Generation (“Terms”) govern your use of the MixCertificate platform and its certificate creation, management, and distribution features. By accessing or using MixCertificate, you agree to these Terms, along with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Service Overview

MixCertificate enables users to create, generate, and manage digital certificates at scale. The platform allows you to:

  • Upload custom certificate designs
  • Add dynamic variables (e.g., name, date, ID)
  • Import recipient data in bulk
  • Generate certificates in PDF or image formats

Each Pro Certificate may include a unique verification link hosted on MixCertificate.com to validate authenticity.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You own or have proper authorization to use all uploaded logos, designs, files, and data
  • All files, materials, and content uploaded on the platform are solely your responsibility; we do not verify or review them
  • You will not upload false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient data and correct variable mapping
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while creating and distributing certificates
  • By creating an account or generating certificates on our platform, you confirm that you have obtained all required permissions, licenses, and consents before using any content or data

3. Data & Privacy

Recipient data (such as names and email addresses) is used solely for certificate generation and related services.

  • HiCoder Private Limited or it's brand MixCertificate does not sell or share contact lists
  • Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy

4. Certificate Verification

Pro Certificates include a hosted verification link. While we strive for uptime, MixCertificate is not liable for downtime, outages, or third-party disruptions.

5. © Intellectual Property

All tools, software, and interfaces are the intellectual property of HiCoder Ltd. Ltd. . Users retain ownership of their content but grant MixCertificate a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MixCertificate is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. HiCoder Private Limited or it's brand MixCertificate or it's associates is not responsible for errors, data loss, downtime, or issues caused by incorrect uploads or integrations.

7. Termination & Account Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, data abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected.

8. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of MixCertificate after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
