IPR Complaints

(1) Notice to HiCoder PVT LTD

If you believe that content on any MixCommerce service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal notice containing the following information:

• Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to be infringed.
• Proof that you are the rightful owner or exclusive licensee.
• Identification of the infringing material, including the URL or location.
• Evidence showing infringement and non-applicability of fair use or other legal exceptions.
• Information about the uploader, if known.
• Your contact details (address, phone number, email).
• A declaration of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• An undertaking to initiate legal proceedings and provide a court order within 21 days.

(2) Take-down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid notice, if MixCommerce is reasonably satisfied that the material infringes intellectual property rights, access to the material will be restricted within 36 hours for a period of 21 days or until a court order is received, whichever is earlier. A notice explaining the restriction will be displayed to users.

(3) Failure to Produce Court Order

• Access to the material may be restored.
• MixCommerce will not be obligated to act on further notices regarding the same content at the same location.
